Today we added two new features to LegalCollect:
A new "Download Invoice" link that allows a recipient to download their invoice directly from ActionStep; and
An improved user experience for the "Transactions" screen, including a new filter
Download Invoice
The most common response after receiving a reminder on an unpaid invoice is "Can you please send me a copy of the original invoice? I seem to have missed it." - so today we delivered an update to help your clients self service their invoice retrieval by putting a "Download Invoice" button in your email templates.
Simply insert the "Download Invoice" merge field in your email templates, this will put in a link that downloads the original invoice directly from ActionStep.
Transactions
The "Transactions" screen (where payments made via the credit card gateway are shown) has been enhanced with a new filter, and colour coding to make it easier to read.
